The abbreviation field belongs to the accreditation body it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set abbreviation while working with that AccreditationBody record. Because abbreviation is part of the AccreditationBody record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the accreditation body.
