Bloom level is a fixed list of values that Chalk uses for bloom level. The allowed values are REMEMBER, UNDERSTAND, APPLY, ANALYZE, EVALUATE, CREATE. A record can only ever hold one of these exact values, which keeps bloom level consistent across curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget records, as well as the API. When you see one of these on a record, it is one of the defined bloom level states rather than free text, so reports and automations can rely on it.
