Checklist category is a fixed list of values that Chalk uses for checklist category. The allowed values are DOCUMENTATION, FACILITIES, PERSONNEL, LOGISTICS, PRESENTATIONS, STUDENT_ARTIFACTS, TECHNOLOGY, OTHER_CHECKLIST. A record can only ever hold one of these exact values, which keeps checklist category consistent across curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget records, as well as the API. When you see one of these on a record, it is one of the defined checklist category states rather than free text, so reports and automations can rely on it.
