The termEnd field belongs to the committee membership it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set termEnd while working with that CommitteeMembership record. Because termEnd is part of the CommitteeMembership record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the committee membership.
