Conflict type is a fixed list of values that Chalk uses for conflict type. The allowed values are INSTRUCTOR_DOUBLE_BOOKING, ROOM_DOUBLE_BOOKING, EQUIPMENT_CONFLICT. A record can only ever hold one of these exact values, which keeps conflict type consistent across curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget records, as well as the API. When you see one of these on a record, it is one of the defined conflict type states rather than free text, so reports and automations can rely on it.
