Curriculum map — academic year

academic year (CurriculumMap.academicYear) is a field stored on each curriculum map record in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. It holds a String value and is part of the curriculum map record's data. The academicYear field belongs to the curriculum map it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set academicYear while working with that CurriculumMap record. Because academicYear is part of the CurriculumMap record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the curriculum map.
