The isGenEd field belongs to the curriculum map it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set isGenEd while working with that CurriculumMap record. Because isGenEd is part of the CurriculumMap record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the curriculum map.
