Decision context — sort order

sort order (DecisionContext.sortOrder) is a field stored on each decision context record in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. It holds a Int value and is part of the decision context record's data. The sortOrder field belongs to the decision context it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set sortOrder while working with that DecisionContext record. Because sortOrder is part of the DecisionContext record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the decision context.
