It holds a String value and is part of the demand forecast record's data. The courseId field belongs to the demand forecast it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set courseId while working with that DemandForecast record. Because courseId is part of the DemandForecast record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the demand forecast.
