The tenantId field belongs to the demand forecast it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set tenantId while working with that DemandForecast record. Because tenantId is part of the DemandForecast record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the demand forecast.
