It holds a Json value and is part of the faculty qualification entry record's data. The qualifications field belongs to the faculty qualification entry it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set qualifications while working with that FacultyQualificationEntry record. Because qualifications is part of the FacultyQualificationEntry record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the faculty qualification entry.
