It holds a Float value and is part of the hidden workload record's data. The hoursPerWeek field belongs to the hidden workload it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set hoursPerWeek while working with that HiddenWorkload record. Because hoursPerWeek is part of the HiddenWorkload record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the hidden workload.
