It holds a String value and is part of the impact measurement record's data. The loopId field belongs to the impact measurement it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set loopId while working with that ImpactMeasurement record. Because loopId is part of the ImpactMeasurement record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the impact measurement.
