Irmlevel is a fixed list of values that Chalk uses for irmlevel. The allowed values are INTRODUCED, REINFORCED, MASTERED. A record can only ever hold one of these exact values, which keeps irmlevel consistent across curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget records, as well as the API. When you see one of these on a record, it is one of the defined irmlevel states rather than free text, so reports and automations can rely on it.
