It holds a String value and is part of the ltilaunch session record's data. The contextId field belongs to the ltilaunch session it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set contextId while working with that LTILaunchSession record. Because contextId is part of the LTILaunchSession record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the ltilaunch session.
