Measure — benchmark value

benchmark value (Measure.benchmarkValue) is a field stored on each measure record in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. It holds a Float value and is part of the measure record's data. The benchmarkValue field belongs to the measure it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set benchmarkValue while working with that Measure record. Because benchmarkValue is part of the Measure record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the measure.
