It holds a DateTime value and is part of the meeting action item record's data. The completedAt field belongs to the meeting action item it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set completedAt while working with that MeetingActionItem record. Because completedAt is part of the MeetingActionItem record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the meeting action item.
