Outcome version

The OutcomeVersion record (OutcomeVersion) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each OutcomeVersion row stores fields such as id, outcomeId, versionNumber, description, effectiveDate, isActive, createdAt, outcome. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a outcome version as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. The outcome version record links to the tenant that owns it, keeping each institution's outcome version data isolated.
