tags (ProcessDocument.tags) is a field stored on each process document record in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. It holds a String[] value and is part of the process document record's data. The tags field belongs to the process document it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set tags while working with that ProcessDocument record. Because tags is part of the ProcessDocument record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the process document.
