Report template — is active

is active (ReportTemplate.isActive) is a field stored on each report template record in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. It holds a Boolean value and is part of the report template record's data. The isActive field belongs to the report template it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set isActive while working with that ReportTemplate record. Because isActive is part of the ReportTemplate record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the report template.
