Review action is a fixed list of values that Chalk uses for review action. The allowed values are COMMENT, APPROVE, REQUEST_CHANGES, REJECT. A record can only ever hold one of these exact values, which keeps review action consistent across curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget records, as well as the API. When you see one of these on a record, it is one of the defined review action states rather than free text, so reports and automations can rely on it.
