Rubric type is a fixed list of values that Chalk uses for rubric type. The allowed values are ANALYTIC, HOLISTIC. A record can only ever hold one of these exact values, which keeps rubric type consistent across curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget records, as well as the API. When you see one of these on a record, it is one of the defined rubric type states rather than free text, so reports and automations can rely on it.
