Schedule frequency

Schedule frequency is a fixed list of values that Chalk uses for schedule frequency. The allowed values are WEEKLY, MONTHLY, QUARTERLY, SEMESTER, ANNUAL, ONE_TIME. A record can only ever hold one of these exact values, which keeps schedule frequency consistent across curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget records, as well as the API. When you see one of these on a record, it is one of the defined schedule frequency states rather than free text, so reports and automations can rely on it.
