Schedule slot — room id

room id (ScheduleSlot.roomId) is a field stored on each schedule slot record in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. It holds a String value and is part of the schedule slot record's data. The roomId field belongs to the schedule slot it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set roomId while working with that ScheduleSlot record. Because roomId is part of the ScheduleSlot record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the schedule slot.
