Schedule template — slot data

slot data (ScheduleTemplate.slotData) is a field stored on each schedule template record in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. It holds a Json value and is part of the schedule template record's data. The slotData field belongs to the schedule template it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set slotData while working with that ScheduleTemplate record. Because slotData is part of the ScheduleTemplate record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the schedule template.
