It holds a String value and is part of the self study section record's data. The lastEditedBy field belongs to the self study section it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set lastEditedBy while working with that SelfStudySection record. Because lastEditedBy is part of the SelfStudySection record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the self study section.
