The offerDate field belongs to the staffing offer it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set offerDate while working with that StaffingOffer record. Because offerDate is part of the StaffingOffer record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the staffing offer.
