It holds a Int value and is part of the strategic goal record's data. The sortOrder field belongs to the strategic goal it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set sortOrder while working with that StrategicGoal record. Because sortOrder is part of the StrategicGoal record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the strategic goal.
