It holds a String value and is part of the strategic initiative record's data. The objectiveId field belongs to the strategic initiative it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set objectiveId while working with that StrategicInitiative record. Because objectiveId is part of the StrategicInitiative record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the strategic initiative.
