The ownerId field belongs to the strategic initiative it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set ownerId while working with that StrategicInitiative record. Because ownerId is part of the StrategicInitiative record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the strategic initiative.
