status (StrategicPlan.status) is a field stored on each strategic plan record in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. It holds a String value and is part of the strategic plan record's data. The status field belongs to the strategic plan it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set status while working with that StrategicPlan record. Because status is part of the StrategicPlan record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the strategic plan.
