The tenantId field belongs to the strategic plan it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set tenantId while working with that StrategicPlan record. Because tenantId is part of the StrategicPlan record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the strategic plan.
