Tahour log — hours

hours (TAHourLog.hours) is a field stored on each tahour log record in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. It holds a Float value and is part of the tahour log record's data. The hours field belongs to the tahour log it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set hours while working with that TAHourLog record. Because hours is part of the TAHourLog record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the tahour log.
