Tahour log — task category

task category (TAHourLog.taskCategory) is a field stored on each tahour log record in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. It holds a String value and is part of the tahour log record's data. The taskCategory field belongs to the tahour log it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set taskCategory while working with that TAHourLog record. Because taskCategory is part of the TAHourLog record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the tahour log.
