It holds a Int value and is part of the taperformance feedback record's data. The rating field belongs to the taperformance feedback it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set rating while working with that TAPerformanceFeedback record. Because rating is part of the TAPerformanceFeedback record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the taperformance feedback.
