Tarequest — hours needed

hours needed (TARequest.hoursNeeded) is a field stored on each tarequest record in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. It holds a Float value and is part of the tarequest record's data. The hoursNeeded field belongs to the tarequest it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set hoursNeeded while working with that TARequest record. Because hoursNeeded is part of the TARequest record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the tarequest.
