equivalency (TransferArticulation.equivalency) is a field stored on each transfer articulation record in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. It holds a String value and is part of the transfer articulation record's data. The equivalency field belongs to the transfer articulation it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set equivalency while working with that TransferArticulation record. Because equivalency is part of the TransferArticulation record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the transfer articulation.
