RenderLog.category

RenderLog.category is a second grouping label on a render log row, set from options.category and falling back to document when none is supplied. Alongside source, it lets operators slice render observability by document class — for example separating invoices from reports — without inspecting the documents themselves. It carries the same value the render writes onto the StoredDocument's category, keeping the log and the stored artifact consistent for reconciliation.
