entityId on an AuditLog, combined with entityType, identifies the exact record that was modified. To see the complete change history for a specific ChainOfCustody, FieldMeasurement, or other record, compliance staff filter AuditLog entries by both entityType and entityId. This reveals every change ever made to that record in chronological order via createdAt, with before and after snapshots showing what changed each time.
