Audit Log Tenant ID

tenantId on an AuditLog ensures that each organization's change history is kept separate. When an administrator reviews the audit trail for data quality or regulatory compliance, they only see AuditLog entries from their own tenant — changes to other organizations' ChainOfCustody records, FieldMeasurements, or ReportVersions are never visible across tenant boundaries.
