createdBy on a ClientInvitation provides accountability for who granted client portal access. If a client reports not receiving an invitation, or if access was granted in error, createdBy identifies the team member to contact. Administrators reviewing all active ClientInvitations for a site can use createdBy to understand who has been managing external access and to follow up with the appropriate person about invitation status.
