The tenantId on a CustomReport is set automatically from your session when the layout is created. It ensures that one organization's custom report templates and generated PDFs are not accessible to other organizations. Even for ad hoc reports that are not submitted to regulatory agencies, tenant isolation protects your proprietary site data and client-facing report designs from unauthorized access. You never set tenantId manually on a CustomReport.
