The siteId on a HoldingTimeViolation allows you to filter all violations for a specific remediation or monitoring site. When preparing a site's annual monitoring report, you need to disclose all holding-time violations for that site during the reporting period. Filtering by siteId in Piper gives you a complete list of affected results for disclosure. It also supports cross-site comparison — if one site consistently has more violations than others, that may reflect logistics issues in the sampling program for that location.
