When you invite an external client to view a site, the invitation starts as Pending. Once the recipient clicks the link and logs in, it becomes Accepted. An admin can Revoke a pending invitation at any time to cancel access before it is used. If the invitation window passes without action, the status becomes Expired and a new invitation must be sent.
