When piper detects a data quality problem during lab report import — such as an UnrecognizedAnalyte or HoldingTimeExceeded — it flags an issue with a resolution status. Unresolved issues block commit. AutoFixed means the system corrected it automatically. UserFixed means a reviewer made a manual correction. Accepted means the reviewer acknowledged the issue and kept the data. Rejected means the record was discarded.
