During import validation, piper scans every row of a lab report and flags problems by IssueType. MissingWellId means a sample row has no well reference. HoldingTimeExceeded means samples sat too long before analysis. UnrecognizedAnalyte means the chemical name does not match any known Analyte. UnitMismatch means reported units conflict with the analyte's defaultUnit. Reviewing issues by type helps reviewers quickly triage and resolve import problems before committing data.
