Purge Interval Tenant ID

tenantId on a PurgeInterval applies the same tenant isolation to each individual parameter check during a purge as applies to the parent PurgeLog and FieldMeasurement. This ensures the detailed purge stabilization data — including per-interval ph, conductivity, and dissolvedOxygen readings — is accessible only within the correct tenant context.
