Regulatory Threshold Analyte

The `analyteId` on a RegulatoryThreshold links the concentration limit to a specific chemical constituent.

Each RegulatoryThreshold governs one analyte via its analyteId. When an AnalyticalResult is committed for a SamplingEvent at the threshold's siteId, Piper matches the result's analyteId to the active RegulatoryThresholds for that site and analyte combination. If the result's normalizedValue exceeds the thresholdValue in the comparison direction specified, an Exceedance is created. Maintaining correct analyteId assignments on your thresholds is therefore critical — a threshold linked to the wrong analyte will either miss a real exceedance or trigger a false alarm.
