Report versions in piper move through a defined workflow. Draft means the report is being assembled and can still be edited. InReview means it has been sent for internal or client review and should not be altered without a new version. Finalized means the version is approved and locked — the contents are considered the official submission record. ReportVersionStatus prevents accidental edits to submitted documents.
