The tableOfContentsJson on a ReportVersion is the machine-readable version of the TOC that appears at the front of your compliance report PDF. It lists each ReportSection title alongside the page number where it starts in this version's rendered document. Because page numbers can change between versions as sections grow or shrink, the TOC is regenerated and stored with each ReportVersion independently. This JSON can also be used programmatically — for example, to build a navigable document index or to verify that all required sections are present before submittal.
